• Jawline: Start at the center of your chin and glide the gua sha along your jawline toward the earlobe. Use upward, outward motions and repeat 3–5 times.
• Cheeks: From the side of your nose, sweep the tool outward toward your ear, following the cheekbone contour. Repeat 3–5 times.
• Forehead: Starting at the center of your forehead near the hairline, glide the gua sha outward toward your temple. Move in sections until the entire forehead is covered.
• Under-Eyes: Using the tool’s smallest edge, gently scrape outward from the inner corner of the eye toward the temple to reduce puffiness.
• Neck: Begin at the base of the neck and move upward, working along the sides of the neck toward the jawline.

We do not take responsibility for instances in which the customer does not receive an order due to entering the incorrect shipping address at checkout. In this case, the customer can re-submit a new order. If the parcel is recovered (i.e. parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery), we will happily re-ship the order provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.

If a customer does not receive an order due to the parcel being lost or stolen, it can be replaced or refunded if the customer purchased Shipping Protection at checkout. If your tracking number indicates that the parcel has been delivered and you have NOT received it, please file a claim here so that a replacement or refund can be issued.

If an order is returned to us (i.e. non-delivery due to customer failure to pay customs charges to the respective company), we will happily re-ship the order provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.

We are not responsible for custom fees, duties, or taxes imposed upon international customers. In some cases, the customer may be required to pay customs fees to receive the parcel into their country. These charges are unpredictable and are not covered by WAANDS™.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a no return policy (no refunds or exchanges) except in the very rare case that the product is damaged upon arrival or the parcel does not successfully deliver.
