Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a no return policy (no refunds or exchanges) except in the very rare case that the product is damaged upon arrival or the parcel does not successfully deliver. In this case, customers should file a claim here so that a replacement or refund can be issued. Note that if you decline or remove Shipping Protection at checkout, you are forfeiting your right to replacement or refund if your parcel gets lost or arrives damaged.
