If a customer does not receive an order due to the parcel being lost or stolen, we file an investigation with the shipping carrier. If your tracking number indicates that the parcel has been delivered and you have NOT received it, please contact us.

If an order is returned to us (i.e. non-delivery due to customer failure to pay customs charges to the respective company), we will happily re-ship the order provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.

We are not responsible for custom fees, duties, or taxes imposed upon international customers. In some cases, the customer may be required to pay customs fees to receive the parcel into their country. These charges are unpredictable and are not covered by WAANDS™.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a no return policy (no refunds or exchanges) except in the very rare case that the product is damaged upon arrival. In this case, customers should contact us immediately and must be able to provide photo evidence of the damaged product. We will then provide an immediate replacement at no extra charge.
