Stain Removal: Most stains (including blood) come out with one wash, even on light-colored sides. For tougher stains, apply an eco-friendly stain spray before washing.

All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days of order placement. Upon being shipped, customers receive an email with a tracking number.
Shipping timeline estimations provided at checkout (when selecting your desired shipping option) are approximate and are from the time of order shipment, NOT the time of order placement.
We do not take responsibility for instances in which the customer does not receive an order due to entering the incorrect shipping address at checkout. In this case, the customer can re-submit a new order. If the parcel is recovered (i.e. parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery), we will happily re-ship the order provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.
If a customer does not receive an order due to the parcel being lost or stolen, it can be replaced or refunded if the customer purchased Shipping Protection at checkout. If your tracking number indicates that the parcel has been delivered and you have NOT received it, please file a claim here so that a replacement or refund can be issued.
If an order is returned to us (i.e. non-delivery due to customer failure to pay customs charges to the respective company), we will happily re-ship the order provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.
We are not responsible for custom fees, duties, or taxes imposed upon international customers. In some cases, the customer may be required to pay customs fees to receive the parcel into their country. These charges are unpredictable and are not covered by WAANDS™.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a no return policy (no refunds or exchanges) except in the very rare case that the product is damaged upon arrival or the parcel does not successfully deliver.
In this case, customers should file a claim here.
Note that if you decline or remove Shipping Protection at checkout, you are forfeiting your right to replacement or refund if your parcel gets lost or arrives damaged.
